If the person agrees, the OOC promise is set in place. Since this can be a confusing topic, there will be a few examples below.
11. Use common sense. If you feel something is against the rules and you arenβt sure, ask staff.
Example 1: /looc If I spare your characterβs life, do you OOC promise not to come after me, or send anyone after me?
If the person agrees to this, the OOC promise would be set in place.
Example 2: /looc Can I give your character an expensive gift, as long as you OOC promise not to use KOS perms on me? Not even pass the perms to anyone else?
Once again, if the person agrees to this, the OOC promise is set in place.
Try to screenshot all OOC promises. If a player breaks an OOC promise, report them to staff. All OOC promises must revolve around roleplay. Please do not mention the OOC promises ICly. If you have any questions, ask a staff member.

14. SeriousRP rules / Conditions;
Stick to SeriousRP failure to do so might end up in a warning or a temp-ban.
Use OOC only when needed, do not use it to conversate with other players for no reason.
GUN-RULE: Do not just shoot everywhere with your gun when you are a GangRPer, knowing it is unrealistic, only use the guns when youβre in the situation of doing a Hit or so. Meaning; that when you are carrying a gun, and you do not have any mission put on to you (If you do have a mission given by a gang-leader, this will be checked by staff.) you will get a warning, or you will get banned whenever youβve exceeded the warn-limit.

If you arenβt sure if your permissions are valid, check with staff.
1. Voiding is when an event that took place in roleplay, no longer happened. For example, if your character is killed, and it is then voided because of a proper reason, everything that led up to the death, and the death itself, did not happen ICly, meaning your character would still be alive.
2. If a situation is to be voided, all players involved must agree to the void. If even one player does not agree, the voiding may not happen.

After Iroshi PainRPβd, Arikin would be able to attempt to stab him again due to the knife inflicting severe damage. However, if Arikinβs attack failed, Iroshi would be able to do an offensive action.
If the person agrees, the OOC promise is set in place. Since this can be a confusing topic, there will be a few examples below.

CHARACTER RULES
1. You must apply to make a foreign character. (A character from another country.) Keep in mind, everyone ICly speaks Japanese, despite everyone typing in English.

3. Specify if your characterβs hair is dyed, or is wearing eye contacts.
The KOS, Assault, and Major Assault permissions do not apply when it comes to gang wars. The leaders of the gang must agree to permission terms. For example: Two leaders of each gang/organization agree that they can kill each other without needing any of the standard permissions. If two leaders canβt come to an agreement, the gang war will simply fall under the standard server attack permissions.
2. There must be a MAIN leader of a gang/family/clan/organization. If the main leader is killed, the whole thing disbands. The Co-Leader may take over if the killer of the leader agrees, however, if the killer does not agree, it is disbanded.
3. This is not required, however, try to avoid only killing, as that can ruin the amount of things you can do in GangRP. Try to do more kidnap, ransoms, and such. However, as stated, this is not required, but heavily suggested.
4. Gang Owners or Organization leaders have full perms upon their members, meaning they can kill them at any given time without 'permissions'.
